At ZEITGEIST we only partner with shipping couriers that can be relied upon for their service and their commitment to eco-friendly policies. All services are fully trackable from warehouse to your door to give peace of mind that your order should never go missing.
At present our shipping partners are:
Royal Mail - All standard UK shipments are sent via a trackable Royal Mail service.
DPD - Our next day UK deliveries are sent with DPD to give you an accurate 1 hour timed window the day after you place your order.
DHL - Known for its reliable international service, all shipments out of the UK are sent via DHL Express to make sure that you get your goods in the quickest manner possible.
FREE SHIPPING:
Free Standard (1-2 days) UK (Domestic) over £50. No code required, shipping will be free at the checkout.
Free Next Business Day DPD UK Shipping (Domestic) over £100. No code required, shipping will be free at checkout.
Free International shipping on all orders over £200.* No Code required, shipping will be free at the checkout.
From time to time ZEITGEIST will offer free delivery promotions. Promotions are only available at the time of purchase, based on the terms and conditions of the particular promotion.

Please note, whilst we will always dispatch any orders placed by 2pm on the same day, we cannot guarantee that the couriers will not face delays during busy periods.
All orders are shipped via a tracked delivery service in discreet, eco-friendly packaging.
Order cut-off time for same day dispatch is 2pm.
We offer a 30 day free return policy for UK orders from the date of receipt of your parcel.
To arrange a return within the UK please complete the request form here. You will receive a shipping label in response to your email which can be dropped at your local post office or parcel postbox.
If you wish to cancel an order, please forward the confirmation email to us, stating your wish to cancel the order to hello@zeitgeist.london.
If your order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to cancel it and therefore request that you follow the returns procedure on the Returns Policy page.
EU/International Delivery Information
DHL International Express

All international orders are shipped with DHL express.
At present, items are shipped DDU, meaning that you are responsible for any import duties and taxes that may be levied when passing through customs.
Please check to ensure the items you have ordered are not prohibited for your country by e-mailing us at hello@zeitgeist.london.
We offer a 30 day return policy from the date of receipt of your order.
You are responsible for any return costs of returning your parcel, which would be deducted from the refunded amount.

Restrictions
Due to dangerous goods transport legislation, we are currently only able to ship nail polish and fragrances within the United Kingdom.
The chocolate is not shipped with ice packs and the boxes are cardboard and do not have thermal insulation. We will always try our best to avoid shipping chocolate orders on particularly hot days, but if you are ordering at the height of summer please do keep this is mind as we cannot guarantee that the chocolate won’t melt. If you are concerned about the chocolate melting, we would recommend ordering at the start of the week and opting for express shipping.
